E20 is a draining issue.remove the filter at the bottom right corner.sometimes objects get stuck in the drain pump so once you have removed the filter shine a torch in to the filter housing and check the drain pump impellor rotates freely.a blocked /kinked drain hose or a faulty drain pump will also cause the same error code
