My canon camcorder ES8400VA door is stuck closed & I can't get the tape out. I have used the 'stuck' tape over and over again. All other features work perfectly. I can record and play, hook it up to a vcr and dub the tape onto other format, but I can't watch any of my other tapes or get the tape out. HELP!!
