I've changed the pollen filter but it hasn't made any difference, when i select the windscreen blower it comes out very strong from the vents but not to the windscreen even when all other vents are closed-is there any common problem maybe

dont know what motor you have here but the control for the vents etc will have to be looked at and get under the dash with a torch and operate the control and see if there is any link/wire at the flaps disconnected,have seen the control forced before and this strips the control knob resulting in lost control of air direction
