Hi, Got a problem with my washing machine. A dress has caught in the seal/door of the machine. Subsequently the door won't release.

Lots of flashing lights. Tried pressing start for 10 seconds on wash program. Tried turning of elec supply from mains. Tried drain. Nothing works

How can I get the door to release?

check all the water has drained from machine,hold drain hose down to floor level in a basin,some machines have a pressure system thsat wont allow the door to open if water in left in machine,on no account force it
