the clip on the door has broken off and door won't close now, do i have to replace the whole door or can i replace the catch/clip/clasp?

Tried that but it's fine - it's a new belt and there is nothing to keep it sliding back??

can you lift the stainless inner drum up and down?
put your fingers under the front bottom lip of the stainless inner drum between the door gasket and try lifting it straight upwards.any movement up/down here is a bearing fault
