Our washing machine needed rinsing to remove smell. I put it on 18 minute rinse and stopped it after a couple of minutes when full of water and emptied by unscrewing pump cap. When i switched back on F12 fault code came on & it won't clear whatever programme I try. I have manually put water back in the drum but still no success. In the handbook it says water in base pan. Any ideas how to clear fault code.

I have the same problem and I had it before but I cant find the answer on the web so cant remember exactly, but you have to open one of the caps on the bottom and let any water run out. But sorry I cant remember exactly which one or how.
