recliner chair repair, can you help?

the bracket that operates the manual mwechanism on my recliner chair has worked loose and fallen off and we can't see where it has come from so we don't know how or where to re-attach it again.Can you help

Look closely at the outer arm of your chair. There will probably be a small hole in the fabric where the lever (bracket) was fixed. Iam in Southampton if you need help.
