i have a beko washing machine ecocare wmb10w . when washing the conditioner is not taken away i have tryed it on deffrent settings but the conditioner does not emty

remove the blue bit from the draw and also remove the whole draw and look up at the holes in the plastic bit above the conditioner compartment.they get blocked with black gunk.you might be able to clean them out,if not the top will need replacing.faulty water inlet valve would also cause this issue
