I put a new internal cable on drivers side after original one had sheared now central locking system wont work,when i turn key handle on inside will not move.

try using some wd40 injected into the barrel lock in the winter all the years muck and grime solidify in the barrel mechanism and some type of easing oil (wd40 or duck oil) tend to release the build up of debris in the lock mechanism thus allowing the contacts in the lock to make contact and releasing the switch that locks and unlocks your doors
