Electrical fault on TGS 172?
After at least 30 years service my Elu has packed in. First it blew the RCD socket but after checking all connections, wiring etc in socket, lead and RCD all seemed ok. Switching on from the green start button a slight whirring is heard, but blade does not rotate. Pressing the stop button stops the whirring so obviously power is getting through.
Any advice would be appreciated as it feels as i have lost a member of the familiy!
