How to reset a Unidare or Newlec storage heater ?

I (stupidly) tried to dry some clothes on our storage heaters after moving into a new house two weeks ago.

Now, two of the heaters wont work. Though the red light, next to the wall plugs, are on at night. I am assuming that the cut out switch has been triggered. But despite opening up the heaters, I can't find the bless'ed switch for the life of me!

Any ideas?

1 is Unidare WMs724N very old
2nd is Newlec NLSH12AN about 5 years old.

HELP, it is freezing and my wife won't stop complaining.

Thanks

there should be reset button next to control of heaters or may be leaded melt type. it has to make electrical circuit so multi meter will be handy.
ensure to turn off at switch or you get wrong reading
