I have a homelite yardvack?

Homelite 08-98, Unit # 08074, EM # 08652-01,

S/N # HT2183390, 25cc family, # SH2025UB24RA

I no longer can start it because the carburetor mounting has become very loose. I have taken a number of components off of the yardvack. what I presently have left is the square carburetor block with the two long screws that hold the air filter (black plastic box).

My problem is that in order to tighten the carburetor, the carburetor itself is preventing access to the screw head that holds and tightens the carburetor?

My question is how do I remover the square block carburetor in order to get access to the two screw heads that hold down the carburetor?
