heater blower not working on 55 plate zafira face lift model?

I have a 55 plate zafira face lift model heater blower intermittently not working - when working motor sounds strange it has blown one 25 amp fuse. any ideas how to fix?

did you find out what the problem was? I seem to have the same issue. Replaced fuses, topped coolant and radleak added as i wondered if I had a leak
