pressure rises on my vokera combi boiler when it starts 2 heat back up?

i have a vokera linea 24 combi boiler which was serviced in June. Now its cold 2day when it starts 2 fire up 2 heat up again the pressure is rising past bar3 and i have 2 turn it down 2 let it go down. The temp on dial goes no further than 60 because of this
