my heater is not working?

i have a 99 renault scenic and the inside heater is not working i have flushed out the interior radiatior and checked all flaps are working the fan is also working on all speed's i put a second hand radiatior in but still the same

I changed the themostat and 1 of the pipes still not heating

Does your car get upto running temp I had the same problem mine was the thermostat was stuck open I replaced it and the heater worked fine. Hope this helps
