Vauxhall Corsa making knocking sound on left turns?

I have a 54 plate Corsa. Recently, and only when I make left turns, there is a knocking sound from the front drivers side of the car. I have had a look underneath but can see nothing obvious. Any ideas?

sounds like the cv drive joint,worn ones tend to knock on full lock and power..not major...
