How can I reset my 2005 ford focuszx3 immobilization device?

I have a 2005 Ford focus zx3 that wont start. The lock light is flashing and the engine wont start. I have 2 keys for the car that work for everything but the car will not start. What can I do besides bring the car to the dealer to reprogram it? Thanks for your help!
