I have just had a new BCM fitted to my 3 year old vauxhall vivaro, now the central locking has packed up and vauxhall are saying that all 4 door lock motors have blown. is this possible and could it be linked to the new BCM. Thanks
BCM NP's with it but when I put it back after being bench tested central locking working now, my guess, lose plug only a guess thou so, BCM probs now if say take off the earth from battery get that BCM pull the plugs check pins are clean and put it back making sure the plugs go right home in their sockets that's what I think happened plug worked it's way lose or the bloke I just bought it from had it out and never put it back proper. The lock lol it's a capston motor cogs and levers inside these locks CAPSTON motor omg.

07 vivaro key went round and I lost central locking ECU picking up signals electrician says BCM doing what it should changed the door lock I even tried another door and no change what's inside these locks why after turning the key round in its chamber does it peg out the BCM, I read all posts on this and it's happening a lot, I am left with Ddisconnecting the battery if no luck I will send the BCM for repair.

Hi I have a similar problem. The key fob wont open any of the doors and the hazards dont flash. My van now wont start so i am guessing the alarm is preventing it from starting. Could this just be a simple battery replacement or something else?

Just picked up one up yesterday, none of the doors were locking from
The fob or the key. Now this morning it was all locked and only opened the drivers door from the key. Every other door is locked and won't unlock except from manual from the inside. This could prove very frustrating. Any ideas?

Every time I take off or slow right down central locking activates

on the works 2011 plate vivaro the central locking stopped working yet the hazzard lights still flashed, turned out to be a blown fuse only problem is with the passenger door inoperable the fuse box is located behind the cup holder on that side :( its the 4th fuse up from the bottom right 30a green fuse, ideally you need to have a small hand and a hack saw helps to chop a thin piece of plastic from the access panel to make to gap bigger to fit a adult hand in!

fitting a new BCM wouldn't knacker your door locks up, so the BCM they fitted must be faulty.
my indicator is flashing due to the BCM i need to check it for a simple dry solder joint.

Hi
I've got a vivaro 59 plate and key fob won't open any door
(have changed battery) I can only open drivers door by using key but all other doors stay shut.
Vauxhall say they are not sure reason for problem? Does bcm need replacing what was out come with yours.
Van still under warranty.
