mondeo heated windscreen only half working?

i have a 2002 tdci mondeo, only the passenger side defrosts!
there is no symbol in fusebox for "heated windscreen"

any ideas?

have you checked the sockets on the car to see if they are corroded in anyway as that was the problem with mine

just checked them and they are fine...i've also swapped the relays with the "windscreen sign" and still no good!!

In the fusebox under the bonnet, fuse's 11 & 13 30amp #11 L/H side, #13 R/H side

i think there is a fuse for each side==1for n/s and 1 for o/s ,i would start by checking them.
