how can i get to the windscreen washer pump on a mark 3 ford mondeo please?

How can I get to the windscfeen washer pump on a mark three ford mondeo. The pump can be heard working but no water comes out. The nozzles have been cleared. This hapopened before the cold weather so its not a matter of being frozen up.

remove the wheel and the inner mudwing for access,it may have a filter where the pump pushes into the reservoir and could be blocked up
