how can i fix ade optima compact 6 zone alarm?

my alarm has been switched off for a while. now i want to use it i have switched it on at the mains and the tamper light is lit and no buttons working.

Everyone who phone's me are really nice , i get the same question's over and over again, They have opened the end station of their scantronic panel to replace the battery, and now cant reset the alarm. 90% of the calls are about this, If i ever doubted the person wasnt genuine id hang up,
