Fiesta wing mirrors?

Ford Fiesta 2006 automatic wing mirrors:
How do I get to the inside motor bits of the wing mirrors? I want to disable the folding actuator as it makes a terrible ratcheting noise when the mirrors fold.

Yes but I only want to disable the nearside folding action. I still want the remote adjustment to work. Thanks for the suggestion.
