Bosch Classixx WTL6003 - Have to keep pressing the trip on the back??

Hi,
We have a Bosch WTL6003 (believe its made by White Knight), and everytime we use it we have to reset the thermal trip on the back quite often, otherwise it just continues to run but without heat.

I have tried cleaning filter, and hoovering out condensor.

Any Ideas?
