Bissel carpet cleaner with heat 2X does not dispense water?

My Bissel Carpet cleaner with heat 2X does not dispense water; heater element is working. Brushes rotate. Is the pump in the final hose from the heater to th brush assembly not working?

If your getting water from the wand but not the nozzles it is more than likely a blockage between the heater and the nozzles. If no water from wand or nozzles more likely pump has gone.
