how can I fix my vauxhall cavalier 2.0 CDX auto?

my rocker cover gasket failed, letting oil flood the spark plugs. I sorted that but now i can,t get it to turn over (start) can anyone give me some advice ?

were the plugs oiled up?was it turning over when you cranked engine with plugs removed?did you hear a click when you tried to start it with plugs in?try turning the engine by hand with plugs in,if it is solid then either the engine is seized/broken cambelt or as I stated before hydraulicing
