6.75 hp Sears (Tecumseh 917.377593) Where can I find a replacement gear?

6.75 hp Sears (Tecumseh 917.377593) Where can I find a replacement gear case assembly part no.702511?
Have never been able to grease the part, no opening. Now the wheels lock up and the drive pulley stops spinning, although the belt keeps running.

FYI: Remove the top dust cover to expose the gear box. Looking down on the gear box you will see a plastic cap. Pop the cap off and this is the lubrication hole.

You can go to SEARS at http://www.searspartsdirect.com and look up that exact part; I'm looking at it now.
