how can i fix my zanussi fridge freezer zk61/28r?

the fridge door was left open overnight and everything defrosted. there is power in the unit but its no longer cooling food and freezing food, . i switched it off, unplugged it reset the thermometer but nothing worked.

if you switch it on and you don't hear the compressor start up there is a good chance the thermostat has failed
