Rowenta Steam Iron, how do I get new cord?

I have a Rowenta Steam Iron P2 Professional Model #DE 635E. It stops and starts only if I move cord up and down, like it has a short in the cord. Also can I have address of where to take my iron or mail it to. I live in riverbank Ca.
