what is the problem with my suzuki lt 100 quad?

starts as normal when you give it throttle it just wont pull away feels like the brake is still on but its not,

maybe you have just described a blocked or water filled carb ?this will also have similar symtoms to this if you open the throttle and keep it open does it eventually die out totally ?if so then its running weak.
