Performa 30 HE flame failur or condensate block?

HI my boiler doesnt seem to turn on and the fault above is being flagged. I cant seem to get anyone to come and check due to bad weather, it comes up with a flame failure or blocked condensor, from other readings I some suggested finding the condensate tank and the white wire but dont know where these are located. Please help.

Sounds like the condensate blocked ( does it gurlgle quite a lot when u reset - BG do a trace wire which will solve this prob on the condensate.

The condensate pipe connects to the underside of the boiler via a 3/4" plastic (usually white) pipe. I would try disconnecting this (it's a compression 'screw-on' type fitting so it's easy to disconnect). Have a pan/bowl handy as you'll get a bit of water coming out.

When the boiler runs you'll get a drip/trickle from the connection, so keep a pan/bucket underneath until you know the external pipe has de-frosted and you can re-connect the condensate pipe to the boiler.

Good luck ok!
