check fuse first, then with fuse removed,switch on ignition and check to see if one of the female blades [where fuse fits] is live,if not then fuse box faulty. then check to ensure there is a live feed to switch,next with heater switched on, check there is a feed to resistor pack[ithink its adjacent to motor under bonnet]then check there is a feed to motor also make sure motor has a good earth.if all ok then motor suspect?
