if it is disk brakes you can take the tire of and on the back of the pad clump there will be 2 screws undo hem and the brake pad holder should come off along with the pads you can then replace the pads or the disk. the disk should come off quite easerly. if it dosent hit it with a hamer on the top of the disk. then rotate it and do it again cary on and it will come of eventualy. the pads go on the dame way that they came of.
