what do the error numbers on lamona ceramic hob mean?

I have a lamona touch control ceramic hob model hja 1613, been working perfectly for the last 18 months but today wont work and is displaying 'f' for all the hobs and '81' for the timer. Any offers what I should do?

Hi Helen, probably best to call someone who fits them etc like Howdens. I'm not connected with them, and in fact we chipped our glass and have been trying to replace.
