How to replace rear bushes of Renault Laguna?

Anybody handy at replacing these? I have been quoted £400 to replace the bushes even though they only cost £40 to buy. I am not mechanically minded and wouldn't know were to start. I live in Hartlepool in the North East. Cheers for any help
