potterton promax he 30 plus?

Have a problem with the above.
1 the redlight keeps flashing so you have to reset
keeps on overheating.
2 the radiators are hot even though radiators are off.
this has been going on for a long time
any help would be welcome thanks

Diverter valve issue initially, if the rads are hot when not required.
Until that is resolved, can't guess any further
