My little girl of 7 years old has a nintendo DSI and recently tried to connect to the internet through it. Since then she now recieves an error message (AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. PRESS AND HOLD THE POWER BUTTON TO TURN THE SYSTEM OFF. PLEASE REFER TO THE NINTENDO DSI OPERATIONS MANUAL FOR DETAILS). She has an R4i card which was given to her as a birthday present with games on it and now she's unable to play them. Is their a fix which I can use to help her overcome this problem ???

update the firmware for the r4i mate go to
http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/
and get the latest firmware check your r4 for the small yellow star v1.4 and make sure you download the right one.
