lamona double over fault?

i have a lamona electric double oven and the big bottom oven is not working but the top is fine.
the light on the dile isn't on and the oven doesn't make a noise but the top one does!
could it be a element or the fan that has gone and all power then cuts out or something?
please HELP!!!
thank you!
here is a link to the make and model

it is a quirk of lamona ovens that means the lower oven relies on the timer being set to function. It depends on the specific model you have but on mine there are 5 buttons on the front, hold the 2nd and 3rd from left and press + or - once and the timer should react. The oven will now work as expected. Don't thank me just pay it forward!
