Recently moved into this house and we have a Diplomat oven in the range ADP4851/4883/4804/4890 and we have the following 2 problems:

1. The symbols around the knobs are completely worn and illegible - can we get a new face plate with legible symbols?

2 The full grill (symbol WW) only appears to operate the outside element. Could this be a fault with the element or the switch? How can we solve this problem?
