start button light just flashes, door won't open. the machine won't start on zanussi FJS 1425 W Washer ( don't know why its not starting)

and yes of-course I have washing in there i was going to wash them

and no there's not water trapped it hasn't even started yet because when push to START it nothing happens just beeps and does nothing

tried draining the water (if any but when ever the start/pause button is pushed the thing just beeps and continues doing nothing)
