how can i fix my diplomat 8132?

i have had a new heater,and 2 thermostats fitted to the above,but the m\c only washes and washes,it does not move on to empty water or dry ?
i have to empty water and wait for dishes to dry then empty?
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP?
man been out 4 times now !!
