My machine is 4 yers old and had the same fault. If all your lights are flashing, it will not be working after a few months. The fault is caused by a faulty capacitor (c17) 680uF 10V. It is a slightly fiddly job and you will need to be able to solder and de-solder quite neatly.
Here's what to do. Disconnect the machine from the mains and probably all hoses too.
The PCB can be found by placing the machine on its right side so you can access the white PCB box underneath. You will also need to remove the back cover and the plastic cap securing the PCB box. Before disconnecting all the cables to the PCB, you should draw a diagram showing where they all go.
Once the box and PCB are free, desolder capacitor C17 taking care to note where the positive (+ve) and negative (-ve) leads go. The -ve lead is the one next to the stripe marked - on the side of the capacitor.
I bought a suitable capacitor from Maplin in Sunderland shopping centre. I actually got a 1000uF 16V (a slightly more heavy duty version) for 64p. When I fitted it to the board, it was slightly too big to fit inside the case. Instead of soldering it upright, I lay it over, taking care so that the leads didn't come anywhere near other components. After putting it all back together, it all works fine and the light don't flash. Good luck.
