How do I replace the power cord on the Cuisinart HTM7L hand mixer?

How do I disassemble the case on the Cuisinart Model HTM7L hand mixer in order to replace the power cord? The screw heads (if there are screw heads) seem to be under unremovable caps with no apparant way of removing them. Please advise
