no heating?

i have no heating at all in my audi 1.8t 20v 1997.
its not blowing i think it might be the motor but i dont know where it is?
and i have a pool of water thats keeps coming back even on dry days.
its located at the back of the drivers seat

the heater fan motor is behind the glovebox which can be removed easily 5/6 screws
and if the water leak is on d/s only check the seal where the bonnet cable comes in theres aslo a drain holebelow battery that blocks this causes the plenum chamber to fill up with water and into car
