my tomtom battery stopped charging all of a sudden, so i was using the wire to connect it to the car battery every time it's in use, n that use to work, all of a sudden now the green little light on the bottom left corner wont go on, nothing, it's off even when the tomtom is connected to the car battery! i tried wiggling it, and it works some times, but i have to keep it in a sertain position which is almost impossible as i'm driving! i know that the problem is not in the wire cause i tried using a brand new wire and connect it to my computer, and the same happened, the green light does not go on unless i wiggle it and keep it on a certain position that seems to be changing every time! help, my whole life revolves around it, i can't move without it what can i do?

the charging plug socket on the mother board has got bad/cracked/dry solder joint connections re solder all the joint connections on the charging plug
