well there is a good chance your vaccum operated fuel pump isnt working for some reason.the panel that goes between your knees as you sit on the bike has a fuel pump and a secondary fuel header tank ,i would take this panel off and check the pumps pipes are all connceted and that the fuel opump is working, also the air pipe that supplies the fuel pump with its suck/blow air supply is situated on the side of the inlet manifold on the left at the front .if this has fallen out or is loose it will also cause your fuel starvation problem .

Check if coming from tank to carb. Pull petrol line off and see if it is flowing. If it is it will be your carb. Blocked dirty or faulty.
pop some fuel down the bore hole and see if it fires when you start it. Sometimes you may get lucky and this kicks things into life.
