As my dryer goes round it makes a terible noise. I have checked to see if anything is caught and nothing there. I guess it could just need some oil but not sure where this would go to stop it getting onto clothes

We had the same problem, turned out to be a support wire from the wifes bra trapped at the back. bit of a pain to strip but did get it done.
