front discs?

how do i remove front discs on transit
peterw, December 2010
depending on model, remove caliper and caliper bridge, tie up to strut to support hoses, remove the five torx 50 bolts holding bearing into hub, look through the five holes in hub for these, bearings can be seized in hub but since you are replacing the discs would get a sledge hammer and hit disc front and rear alternating between both to shock bearing from hub, forgot to say remove drive shaft nut also,disc/bearing assy should come off, remove the five 13mm bolts holding disc onto hub and remove, now is the time to clean hub and bearing carrier with emery and assemble with copaslip and you shouldnt have the same problem removing bearing from hub carrier in future,re assemble in reverse cleaning disc with brake cleaner to remove grease deposits before fitting pads, sorry if this isnt your model but you didnt give any details
