pro mac 700 will not fire?

mccolloch pro mac 700 will not fire, i have put new ignition module using a business card for gap between magnet on flywheel and coil. this model doesnot have point and condenser. What else could be wrong?

If you have changed the ignition unit, and you have the correct air gap, it has to be either the cut out wire is trapped or broken, or the ignition switch is faulty, diss connect the wire from the unit and try again, remember that these units work off speed of rotation, so give it a good crank over, if this fails just maybe the new unit is bad.
