how can I fix my microSD card sandisk 2GB?

my 2GB microSD sandisk card got corrupt , it is not being detected by either my pc or by my cell phone.
plz suggest a sure remedy so tht I can not only be sale to reuse the card but also restore all the filed previously stored on it.
