Hi
My desktop had 4 shortcuts at the top,messaging,mediaplayer,web & calendar,and also 2 at the botttom,contacts & dialler.
I set up e mail & was tertieving mails from my inbox on ntlworld,which took forever & froze the phone.after restarting the 4 shortcuts at the top had gone and the 2 at the bottom(dialler & contacts) won't work.
I also don't seem to have the messaging folder anywhere so i cannot access my old texts.
I tried restoring factory settings but this made no difference.
Please help.............John
